While my high powered corporate days saw me obtaining my professional CA CPA designation, C-Suite level roles and partnership at national professional services firms.
The process into being “a fit and healthy working woman” was anything but easy.
When I finally committed to exercise and eating better while working full-time, I quickly learned:

I discovered there was NOTHING 😩 in fitness and nutrition that fully addressed my needs as a busy working woman.
I started by joining a womens-only gym and learned to lift weights and eat healthier. So I doubled down and learned how to do it while working full-time. I learned:
>> How to lose weight (and keep it off) and then up-level my fitness beyond my wildest imagination of what was possible for an accountant.
>> How to make time for exercise while working full-time and raising a family (which makes me a better mother and better professional).
>> How to eat healthy and feed my family even during my busiest workweeks without meal prepping or take-out.
>> How to up-level my fitness without spending hours at the gym.
And after all that was dialled in…
