From Not a "Runner" or "Morning Person" to Both!
Andrea said ☝she wasn’t a runner, and ☝not really a “morning person” that with her flexible schedule as a realtor she could squeeze in her workouts during her workdays. As working women, we already juggle a million things and if you’re not consistently exercising look at ‘when’ you’re trying to exercise 👀. A morning exercise habit prioritizes (protects!) your time to workout, and I know that ANYONE can create a morning exercise habit.
Andrea says: "As a realtor and mom, mornings were always a rush in my household. Erica coached me through setting up my morning exercise routine and it completely transformed the tone for my days. I’d wake-up earlier, hit the gym and even journal before my kids woke-up. It felt amazing to greet my kids refreshed and ready for our day. I felt more focused for my entire day! I even was able to run my first 5K race thanks to the morning routine (and I’d never thought I was a runner)!”
Andrea (the former “non-runner”) ran her 5K race and was excitedly cheered on by her two young daughters who watched their mom cross the finish line and earn a medal❤️😭 During COVID, Andrea was easily able to join a women’s running group as gyms closed, and busted through those limiting beliefs she had for herself 🏃♀️ in what she “is/isn’t”. #winning
