Katrina was feeling a bit blah with the closure of her beloved gym. At home, she was exercising with the traditional bodyweight circuits and HIIT that’s common for “at-home workouts” but she wanted to get back to her everyday fit physique and most importantly she wanted to feel STRONG again.

So Katrina joined our 60-Day Challenge for Working Women looking for a bit of a push to help get through Covid-times and while working from home. “I joined for support to be my best self and re-discover my inner passion for fitness and the happiness that this lifestyle brings me.”

After just a few weeks, Katrina’s muscle memory woke up and she lost several inches, “Muscles are amazing! 😍 Months of doing bodyweight circuit videos did my “shape” no good! I’m so happy to be lifting heavier than I was at the gym 💪🏼”
