Follow Along Workout | Fat-Burning Zone
The intensity of your workout matters for getting the results you want. Yet the truth is higher intensity is not always better 🤯… despite what all the sweat-dripping hype in fitness marketing would have you believe.
The good news is you already have the tool you need to get fat-burning results right on your wrist with your FitBit / iWatch!
Heart rate ranges, expressed as a percentage of your maximum heart rate are one of the best ways to gauge your intensity.
In a recent blog post, we showed you How to Use Your FitBit / iWatch to Lose Fat and Get In Better Shape when you exercise with your wearable.
So let’s put that into action for you with this Follow Along Workout that guides you into your fat-burning zone.
Your aim is to be at 60-70% of your maximum heart rate during this workout.
Length: 30 minutes
You Need:
Dumbbells
Resistance band x 2 (1 anchored low) OR cable machine
Step OR weight bench
Optional: FitBit / iWatch
