STEP 3: Repeat this Weekly Before the Start of your Workweek
My reminder to do these Meal Planning steps each week is my morning coffee on either Saturday or Sunday. With a hot cup of coffee in hand, I wipe off the prior week’s plan and look at my upcoming workweek.
You don’t need to be perfect, just consistent. Some weeks it won’t happen. Good news… each week is a fresh opportunity to use your Meal Planning system to finally eat better consistently.
